When a transformer on the street blew up Windang Car and Dog Wash’s only automatic rollover machine, it was a disaster. When a call to their insurance company divulged that their claim could take months to process, it became a catastrophe.

A call to Greg Williamson, our NSW sales manager, and a path of solutions was quickly set in place to get the customer back in business as soon as possible.

While the facility had several self-serve jet washes still operational, the rollover was their main source of revenue and without it they risked losing customers to a competitor.
