Car wash industry news 2023 / 2024.
After a bumpy few years, it has been gratifying to look back at the resilience of the car wash industry. Even during a global pandemic, and the knock-on problems it caused, the industry proved to be a steady performer.
With this in mind, over the past 12 months, we’ve noticed an exciting increase in the number of existing businesses transforming underutilised spaces and installing self-serve jetwashes, compact automatic car washes, dog washes and vacuums. We’re currently working with major retailers, strata developers, vets, cafes, clubs, community organisations and convenience stores – all keen to take advantage of the compact and plug’n’play car wash equipment now available.
Earlier in the year, the importance of car wash safety was highlighted. Like all technology, there have been important safety advancements in the design of car wash equipment to enhance user and staff safety. If you have concerns about safety at your facility, contact us for a free assessment.
Throughout the year, Environment Protection Authority Victoria officers were undertaking unannounced compliance checks of commercial car wash facilities. When you deal with Good Sight, you have the assurance that your facility is adhering to industry regulations and safety standards.
