The Liberty OHD is a Low Pressure, High Volume Touch Free Vehicle Wash
System. Liberty Ultrasonic 2001 OHD Gives Top Quality Wash Results In

It has a nozzle pressure of 350 PSI at 230 lpm. It has a much greater
surface impact on the side of the vehicle compared to the high pressure
technology used in other touchless car wash equipment. Also, the low
pressure pumping bench on the Liberty OHD eliminates vibration and maintenance,
and improves the system's longevity.
The Liberty OHD includes a factory fitted reclaim system. The all stainless
steel gantry rides on an all stainless steel support system. The OHD
accurately detects vehicle position with the use of an UltraSonic Vehicle
Detection System. When a vehicle enters the wash bay and arrives in
position, the OHD accurately locates and sizes the vehicle accordingly
for the optimum wash.
Separate overhead manifolds are used to apply foam, wax and spot free
rinse. This limits the need for the robotic arm to move around the vehicle
during the pre-soak, foam and final rinse cycles and decreases the overall
wash time. The pivoting robotic spray arm contains two different sets
of application manifolds: The high impact spray manifolds for the wash
cycle and solution manifolds for pre-soak application. This eliminates
the dumping of chemicals to clear the manifold ready for the next cycle
and reduces chemical cost substantially.

Option Summaries
Cold Wax
This option allows the OHD unit to provide wax solutions to end users
choosing the option.
Two Step Pre- Soak
The option allows the OHD unit to provide two pre-soak chemical solutions.
The second pre-soak chemical is applied by triggering the side wand
to make a second pass around the vehicle.
Pre-Rinse
Provides additional equipment to allow application of a rinse cycle
before starting the main wash. This rinse cools the surface of the vehicle
during hot weather to reduce the possibility of flash drying of the
chemicals, which severely impacts the wash quality. This option can
be controlled by a thermostat so that it only operates on really hot
days. The application of this rinse will marginally reduce the effectiveness
of the chemicals in removing road grime, but may be essential during
hot weather. This option is included in the price for the Liberty OHD.
Fixed Undercar with Fixed Wheel and Rocker Panel Blaster
This Option provides a fixed, Hi-Impact, drive-through
under-car and rocker panel blaster that is floor mounted with fixed
multiple nozzles on each side as well as under the car. This option
includes the in bay assembly, all necessary pump bench hardware, an
activation air hose system, and has been designed to require a minimal
cut in the concrete so that there is no feeling of impediments as vehicles
drive into the wash. This insures that customers will easily enter the
wash bay in a consistent manner. The standard CMD sign will display
a countdown timer to allow the driver to coordinate with the time remaining
for this option.
