Heavy Vehicle Car Wash

The RYKO Atlas stationary, automatic or combination truck wash system has six standard wash programs designed to clean vans, buses and tractor trailers safely and effectively. The Atlas is a three-brush, multi-program, automatic rollover Truck wash which can be equipped with tanker brushes, traffic lights and several other options. It is designed to give the owner flexibility in offering a variety of wash programs via a mix of options and accessories.

The Ryko Atlas is available in either 4.2m or 4.6m vehicle wash height. With Maximum vehicle width in each case is 2.6 meters and standard vehicle washing length 18m. Wash bay Height of 5.6m / 6.1m, width 5m and length of 24m.

• The brush traverse assembly allows, by belt made of polyurethane with stainless steel traction cables inside, to displace the brushes, COUPLED, from right to left passing through the center of the front and rear side of trucks during washing (double brushing).

• The brush, carried by flat belts made of polyurethane and stainless steel, rises and lowers by means of a special gear motor controlled by V.L.D. for up and down speeds respectively
• Devices composed of gear motors with mechanical grade cast-iron worm screws and large diameter wheels coupled direct to the hub.
• An V.F.D drives the traverse gear motors, so that their starts and stops are very soft and their life increased. The wheels are made of high strength steel, and their big diameter enables fast washing gantry speeds and a long duration
• The Mitsubishi PLC programming package was conceived and designed to be a powerful and flexible tool for managing the ATLAS R system: it is a latest generation software, thought and developed with the particular end user requirements fully taken into account. Through a flexible parameter setting facility and a powerful information display, whoever uses ATLAS R can easily program the type of washing and different washing speeds. Programs, 4 standard

• Our system is equipped with two rotating nozzles working on uniform way on the previously described zone, which is the most difficult one to clean with the automatic washing systems. The system distributes 80 liters per minute - 70 bars pressure (cold water), with a three-phase electric motor 11,18 kW.
• The Tanker Wash Brushes (optional) are designed to adapt automatically to the tanker profile, due to different brush-density.
• The underchassis wash consists of a group of 22 fixed nozzles, placed under the floor, gauged and movable. They are tied to two stainless steel tubes and covered by a heavy holed metal plate, in order to grant the washing of the vehicle's frame. Water supply pump 18,5 kW - 22 bar - 250 l/min
