The Ultra Wash Self Serve system consists of:Pump Bench The Ultra Wash Self Serve pump bench is the heart of the self-serve vehicle wash system. It includes a 3-hp motor and CAT pump to provide high-pressure wash and rinse water to the spray gun. An industrial control panel controls operation of the pump and the other self-serve wash equipment that is installed. It is pre plumbed and pre wired for fast and easy on-site installation. Ultra Wash Self Serve is easily adaptable to any location's specific needs. All of the units' components are the finest available and easy to access for simple maintenance. One pump bench can be equipped to serve up to 4 bays. The pump bench is designed to operate with either hot or cold water (or a combination of the two). No provision is made for heating the water but the control system can be adapted to utilise hot water available on site. One pump is supplied for each bay and separate foam and fresh water lines are installed to reduce delay in changeover from one to the other. Ultra Wash Chemical Bench The Ultra Wash Chemical Bench controls the supply of chemicals to the bays. There are four separate chemical feed systems:
The Ultra foam unit provides a steady layer of rich cleaning lather through a hogs hair brush onto the vehicle. The polypropylene solution tank is filled automatically with the required chemical strength. A simple air pump is used to pump the solution to the brush head. One unit will service up to 8 bays. Low Pressure Pre-Soak System This units distributes a highly concentrated detergent through the spray gun and onto the vehicle surface, loosening and breaking the grime apart. The polypropylene solution tank is filled automatically with the required chemical strength. One unit will service up to 8 bays. Low Pressure Wax System This unit provides a wax solution directly through the spray gun. Wax is applied at low pressure to ensure maximum benefit is obtained from the wax application. Low Pressure Tyre Cleaner System This unit provides a tyre cleaner solution directly through the spray gun. Tyre cleaner is applied at low pressure to ensure maximum benefit is obtained from the cleaner application..
