Automatic Brush Car Wash

The Premier Plus is a high quality, fast and flexible rollover automatic.

It is of all aluminium construction, making it highly resistant to rust and corrosion. The machine features Ultra Sonic vehicle mapping and clutched split rear washers for ensured cleaning of all areas of the vehicle. The Premier Plus features wheel washers, remote diagnostics, on-board, high volume air dryers, and a variable frequency drive which gives the operator the ability to vary the menu and change wash cycle timing on site.

It offers enhanced visual impact with attractive thermoplastic shields, flexible on site programming, remote equipment diagnostics and the latest in technology for easy serviceability and maximum customer throughput. The Premier Plus gantry is 400 mm wider than European built machines resulting in greater clearance between the machine and the vehicle. This greatly reduces the possibility of vehicle strike damage. The Premier Plus can offer a customer a Foam Bath Wash, a Wheel Wash, Hot or Cold Wax and Dry in approximately 4.5 minutes.

Option Summaries

Foambrite, Amp Sensing

The package consists of aluminum gantry, thermo-plastic covers, on-board traffic lights, remote diagnostics, guides and track, dual bay plates, activation stand and Foambrite brushes.
Amp sensing of the arms and top brush operation allows for a more thorough clean without shutting down the operation when washing unusual vehicle shapes or attachments

Cold Wax

This allows wax to be added to the car during the single or double pass wash cycle. This is included in the base machine prices.

Foam Bath

This option provides a thick lather that covers the car completely prior to the wash cycle. This is included in the base machine prices.

Attached Dryers

Two fan assemblies with ten horsepower motors and controls are included with this option. Fan nozzles are located away from the vehicle and oscillate back and forth, sweeping water from the surface of the vehicle. Drive motors on the Premiers are VFD controlled and can be slowed by 50% of the wash speed to improve the quality of the dry. . The Premier Plus incorporates dryers within its basic frame that offer quieter operation.

Wheel Wash Assembly

This is a brush wheel wash that washes the wheel rim area. The wheel wash stops at each wheel by use of photoelectric eyes and the brush extends to wash the interior of the rim, rotating both left and right.
